Manchester - 2 days a week WFH


Basic Salary £28,000 - £35,000 plus Bonus


We are currently working with an industry leading Insurance business based in Manchester who are looking for an Account Handler to join their expanding and highly successful business.

As an Account Handler you will be building strong relationships with new, existing and historic clients to understand their Insurance needs.

If you are working as a Client Services Executive / Client Relationship Manager / Account Handler / Account Executive with experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals and policies across home, motor and travel, this opportunity is not to be missed!


THE ROLE:



  • Build relationships with new, existing and historic clients to understand their needs and requirements and identify the best cover for them

  • Manage the renewal process and confirm renewals with both insurers and clients

  • Handling claims and liaising between clients and insurers

  • Coordinating client requirements within the team and offering clients a first class service at all times

  • Maintain regular contact with clients including calls, emails, messages, meetings, networking events etc

  • Where needed, working with underwriters to amend policies to meet the needs of clients

  • Accurately entering all client details into the CRM


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience within a similar Client Services Executive / Client Relationship Manager / Account Handler / Account Executive role with experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals and policies across home, motor and travel

  • Proven track record of dealing with a variety of clients including high net worth individuals

  • Driven and ambitious with the ability to self motivate to achieve objectives

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with clients and build relationships

  • A high level of confidence and a positive ‘can-do' attitude
