Salary: £20,000 per annum, plus Bonus Scheme

An exciting opportunity for an Optical Assistant to join a well-established family run business offering excellent career progression including fully funded professional Dispensing Optician qualification and a salary of £20,000 plus a generous bonus scheme.

As part of your role as Optical Assistant you will be responsible for providing top quality customer service.

Optical Assistant Responsibilities include:

* Being a first point of contact for customers

* Carrying out pre-screening tests (under supervision)

* Supporting customers with frames selection

* Supporting other team members

* Providing excellent customer service

We are keen to speak to anyone with experience working in an opticians who has been in a role such as:

* Optical Assistant

* Optician Assistant

* Dispensing optician

* Customer Adviser

Working hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am-2pm (no Sundays or bank holidays).
