2Fawcett are recruiting for a Legal Operations Administrator to join a retail business based in York.

As Legal Operations Administrator you will be working at the Headquarters and reporting into the Company Secretary.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked within a similar role previously or within professional services or alternatively a paralegal/legal secretary seeking a change in direction into Retail.

Candidate background

- Previous experience in a similar role within professional services or alternatively a paralegal/legal secretary seeking a change in direction
- Must Have Min 2yrs Previous experience in an Administration Role
- Must be Organised, Punctual, Pro Active
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Experience working on projects
- Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn new legal tech
- Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; and a desire to learn
- An effective decision-maker with an ability to think quickly and practically and to be able to multi-task, prioritise work, and handle competing deadlines
- Project management experience would be a distinct advantage
