Pay Rate: $35/hr

Our client is a data and technology company fostering on innovation, growth, and collaboration.

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in St.

Louis, MO! This role will be client-facing and also compliance-focused.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Supporting the project manager and other project resources during the project lifecycle


• Working through regulations, compliance, and also internal/external auditing


• Assisting in the development of communication and training plans


• Taking notes during project meetings and distributing meeting summaries accordingly


• Updating project plans as needed


• Planning, monitoring, and coordinating tasks


• Participating in and document needs assessment meetings


• Assisting in the data collection and validation efforts

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 1-3 Years of Prior Experience (Jr.
  
  PM, PM, Project Coordinator, or Project Administrator)


• Experience in auditing


• Experience working in compliance


• Experience working in an IT environment


• Must be efficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)


• Experience with data entry


• Experience with project planning


• High levels of communication, both written and verbal
