Marketing Manager Hertfordshire up to £50,000 (food & drinks business)

Location: Hertfordshire, Head Office (hybrid working)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus

My clientis seeking to add to their extensive marketing team, They look for confident, outgoing individuals who are passionate about what they do and want to grow their careers.

The Marketing Manager Role

To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.

To evaluate customer research, market conditions competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.

Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

Heading up, coaching and mentoring two people in the team

Main Responsibilities

• Create and manage unit-specific marketing plans
• Running regular marketing focus groups to explore niche market needs and also to innovate within all areas of the business
• Plan and implement effective PR campaigns
• Take ownership of specific areas of marketing within the in-house department in terms of briefing requirements and ensuring that cost efficiency/value is achieved
• Analysis and decision making based on post promotional campaign data
