Residential Conveyancing Assistant

A successful West Yorkshire-based firm requires a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their well-established and ever-growing team in Elland.

They are open to applications from paralegals with upwards of 6 months' experience looking to commit and develop their careers with this modern firm.

They have high level of expertise and are growing at a fast pace, making this the perfect opportunity to really get stuck in with a broad spectrum of conveyancing work at a relaxed law firm who truly look after their staff.

The Role:


- Providing full administrative assistance to the conveyancing fee earners within the team to support them in the processing


- You will regularly utilise the firm's Case Management System to open cases, enter instructions and produce relevant documentation.


- You will work closely with a highly experienced senior fee earner who will provide you with support and supervision


- This will give you the opportunity to work with a set of loyal and local clients to the firm


- Strong communication skills are a necessity for this role as our client places high value on strong client care


The Candidate:


- In order to be considered, you must have upwards of 6 months experience in a Residential Conveyancing Environment


- You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients


- Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
