· Contemporary Restaurant and Oyster Bar

· Expected Covers: 20/40+ for lunch, 40/90+ for dinner

· modern British Cuisine – Seasonal fish/meat led

· 4 full time FOH staff on the bar.

· Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan Lines)

· £40,000 per annum – based on a 48 hour week

Friday - Lunch and Dinner

Saturday – Dinner ONLY
