Junior Sous Chef – Liverpool Street

Restaurant re-launch – 9pm last orders – Contemporary British Oyster Bar - £15 per hour

· Junior Sous Chef level

· Contemporary Restaurant and Oyster Bar

· Expected Covers: 20/40+ for lunch, 40/90+ for dinner

· modern British Cuisine – Seasonal fish/meat led

· 5 full time chefs within the kitchen

· Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan Lines)

· £15 per hour


*Payment every two weeks


Monday – CLOSED

Tuesday Lunch and Dinner

Wednesday – Lunch and Dinner

Thursday - Lunch and Dinner

Friday - Lunch and Dinner

Saturday – Dinner ONLY

Sunday – Lunch ONLY


• An experienced, reliable and competent Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous and Head Chef in the day to day running of this 90 cover restaurant.

• A Junior Sous Chef with a stable and proven background working in upmarket and food led restaurants.

• A Junior Sous Chef that is organised, calm under pressure and can work well leading a small team.

• Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.
