Monday - Friday Day Shift

My client, design, build and maintain specialist pumping products, with an increase in orders and site work demands they are currently looking to recruit a Production Assistant.

This role will be on a temporary-permanent basis for the right candidate.

THE ROLE OF PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

- Inputting orders onto the system

- Ordering equipment needed for manufacture

- Ensuring stock is ordered in time, 

- Liaising with customers over the phone

- Liasing with the workshop

- Arranging deliveries for goods going out

- Working in production environment

THE RIGHT MULTI-SKILLED FITTER

- Computer knowledge (Word / Excel / Outlook / SAGE)

- Some Mechanical/ Electrical knowledge

- Must be comfortable on the phone with a pleasant telephone manner

- Production office experience

- Manufacturing background ideal
