Residential Conveyancer

My client is a successful West Yorkshire-based law firm who have recently undergone a large-scale expansion across the region and are soon to be launching a volume arm to the firm based in Crossgates, Leeds.

They are recruiting for several Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their well-established team.

Our client operates a specialist Residential Conveyancing department.

Uniquely, SaccoMann successfully secured this Head of Department their position at the firm and therefore has an abundance of information about the firm and the inside scoop as to what they are looking for.

The Role:


- The team are growing at a rapid pace and as such there will be lots of work to get involved in - they are particularly looking at someone who can come in and hit the ground running


- You will work closely with a team of highly experienced Solicitors, Fee Earners and Licenced Conveyancers


- This will give you hands-on exposure to a broad range of matters such as sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, remortgage and some post completions work.


- Strong client care skills are a necessity for this role as our client places high value on strong client care


- From time to time, you can expect to be conducting some team management and supervision


The Candidate:


- In order to be considered, you must have experience in Fee Earning on a busy Residential Conveyancing caseload


- You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds


- Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
