DEMAND MARKETING MANAGER (EMEA) – MARKETING DIVISION –SMALL MEDIUM BUSINESS REMOTE WORKING (IN OR AROUND LONDON) – GLOBAL ORGANISATION - CIRCA £60,000 BASIC SALARY + 10% BONUS & EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Our client is a market leading national and international solutions provider, offering market leading support and infrastructure within the digital and technical arena.

Due to their continued and huge success, they now require an experienced Demand Marketing Manager (EMEA) to work remotely (in or around London).

The EMEA SMB (Small Medium Business) segment of our client provides solutions to small businesses (250 or less employees) that help them with their digital solutions.

In this role, you’re a seasoned demand generation leader with expertise and passion for SMB marketing and a track record of success driving strategy, planning and execution for integrated inbound campaigns that reach and exceed your goals and revenue targets.

THE ROLE

This is a new role in the EMEA marketing team and an exciting time to join the business as they launch their focus on the SMB market after years of success in North America.

In '22 the focus will be on the creation of a scalable strategy and implementation in the UK & Germany, two of their high priority markets.

In '23 this role will expand to our other active markets in the region.

As the SMB Demand Marketing Manager for EMEA, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategy that generates an increase in the volume of net new leads, converting into opportunities and closed customers as well as prioritising the development of retention, loyalty and cross-sell programs.

The role is based from our clients London office with the option to work remote.

Current regions they are supporting: UKI, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, CE, MENAT, France, Spain, Russia, South Africa.

With potential to share best practices and assets with colleagues in the APAC region and Global Teams.

 

Key Accountabilities


  • As a Demand Marketing Manage, you will create a strategy for the future growth of Inside Sales, using new technologies, channels and tactics targeting SMB prospects and existing customers.
  • Build and execute against a go-to-market SMB marketing plan for generating a measurable increase in sales revenue.
  • Design and implement demand generation, nurture & retention tactics for our clients full portfolio.
  • Develop and execute new channels and tactics that favour our clients SMB audience.
  • Work with the EMEA Demand Generation team to improve the overall strategy and effectiveness of integrated inbound and outbound campaigns, with a focus on driving continual improvements to business results.
  • Assess and own performance management of our SMB tactics including analysing the ROI of our clients investments, projection of lead volumes and communication of the results with both sales and marketing.
  • Become the SMB subject matter expert for the EMEA region, deep diving into the challenges and needs of our clients target audience.
  • Work together with external partners and other marketing Subject Matter Experts (Automation, Ops, Reporting, Web, Content, PR, Social,) to facilitate campaign development, execution, translation and optimization.
  • Liaise with EMEA field marketing managers to understand local SMB objectives in each county and help ensure additional local activities are in alignment with our EMEA programs. 
  • The role’s effectiveness will be measured on:
  • Achievement of EMEA Marketing pipeline, revenue targets and KPIs connected with SMB initiatives, including conversion rates for Marketing Qualified Leads and conversion rates associated with tools throughout the buy cycle.
  • The top-level EMEA Marketing pipeline, revenue targets and KPIs. 
  • On-time and on-budget delivery of SMB programs, campaigns, and projects.

THE PERSON


  • The successful Demand Marketing Manager MUST have similar experience within the Marketing field
  • You MUST be comfortable dealing with Content and Events previously within a Marketing capacity
  • Ideally working in a digital or technology business
  • UK Based and eligible to work in the UK
  • This is a home based or working from the London office (some office, but mostly home)

  • £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary (Subject to experience) - Negotiable
