The Role:

• Take ownership of the company marketing strategy and aim to maximise it's potential


• Investigate and analyze market research to best implement strategy


• Lead a team of marketing professionals best suited to achieve our goals


• Build a team that is proactive and diverse in abilities


• Provide performance management and development to team members


• Budget ownership and management

You:

• Proven track record in a similar role


• Relevant experience in a B2B Marketing role


• Confident in the current market and positioning our brand within it


• Healthy interest in competitors an industry dynamics


• Collaborative yet decisive


• Great yet adaptable communication skills


• Strong personal and organizational leadership skills
