Who will you be working for?

My client is one of the most successful and current late-night bar & entertainment operators in the UK.

They own some of the trendiest of venues.

Their managerial development schemes are outstanding and regularly churn out industry-leading managers.

They are one big family and are looking for a charismatic and switched-on Bar Manager to motivate this already strong team.

IDEAL BAR MANAGER:

• MUST HAVE experience within a large venue, and high-volume
• MUST HAVE experience managing large teams of 40-50+
• Analysing the P&L & good knowledge of financials
• Responsible for stock take, ordering, training & maintaining company standards
• Lead & motivate your team
• Oversee the full operation of the Bar
• Oversee compliance – Health and safety at work, COSHH, licensing legislation
