Overview
We are recruiting for Administrator in Nottingham.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator


Processing customer related errors, including but not limited to:
- faulty/wrong product
- courier issues such as late & lost deliveries
- sales order issues including over-charges & wrong quantity etc.
Processing of customer complaints and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
Customer Credit Administration
Supplying customers with POD's as requested
Data gathering and recording
Faulty product returns to vendors
Awareness of Custom Changes & requirements for non-UK Shipments and Returns
Backup for other personnel in the department
Any other ad-hoc duties


Ideally you will have:


Attention to detail is essential
First rate verbal and written communication skills are essential
Proven record of remaining calm and customer focused under pressure
Task-oriented multi-tasker.
