Job Title              Hotel General Manager

Location:            Scotland

We are seeking a strong and experienced General Manager with outstanding man management skills to run this hotel site in Scotland.

This is a large operation with multiple food and beverage outlets and big conference & events potential.

The successful candidate needs to be strong across sales, marketing and operations to enable them to lead and inspire the onsite teams!

You will have full accountability for the site with all heads of department reporting in.

Excellent understanding across food & beverage, health and safety, financial management and guest experience is essential for this role!
