Marketing Communications Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join this dynamic busy marketing team where you will be helping to support the delivery of the marketing communications strategy which drives all marketing activity across the company.

You will support the delivery of the customer experience and manage all controllable marketing touch points that can influence/lead to a successful product or service purchase.

Main responsibilities for the Marketing Communications Executive

  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager in delivering the marketing strategy

  • Uphold correct marketing processes for every job

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, consistent updates for all stakeholders.

  • Strive to ensure every job delivers maximum return on investment

  • Support in the management of marketing activity across the company ensuring the brand guidelines are aligned with the key objectives

  • Ensure the company online presence with consistent, impact and relevant

  • Coordinate all public relations working closely with external agency and internal stakeholders to ensure strategic campaign messages are delivered to the relevant audiences

  • Support in the management and delivery of events and exhibitions

  • Return on Investment analysis for all major projects and selected smaller projects

  • Ensure that this insight is shared with the wider team

  • Coordinate PO requisition and ensure all costs are accurately recorded in a timely manner

  • Keep up to date with industry news, attend events and contribute insights and ideas to the marketing team.

  • Management of content platforms and supporting with copy and content creation

  • Management of Professional literature and fulfilment of literature requests

  • Supporting with campaign creation and execution

  • Supporting with social media content creation, scheduling and reporting

Key skills/Attributes for thee Marketing Communications Executive

  • Experience of working in a marketing role and the principals of marketing

  • Experience of planning and executing events and exhibitions

  • Clear communication, both written and oral

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-starter, methodical, process driven

  • Current driving licence

The hours are 37.5 hours a week, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office if preferred.
