Working alongside the Senior Technical Coordinator and Technical Manager, the role will assist with all technical aspects of specific development sites, coordinating efficiently with external consultants & LA's.

The role is a with a large well known developer who are looking to grow their presence in the Northwest from their regional office in Warrington.

Accurately evaluating key information to ensure timely and accurately delivery of development sites, Making sure sites progress from initial conception through to hand over.

• You must be able to assist in the procurement of working drawings and detailed design information ensuring that these conform to the site planning permission, building regulations, NHBC standards, warranty and other statutory requirements.


• Ensure all design information is completed by external departments in accordance with the agreed specifications


• Ensure the planning conditions in a timely manner to achieve agreed start on site date


• Submit Building Regulation and Warranty applications

Role requirements:

• Educated to a degree level.
  
  Qualified within Civil Engineering.


• Previous working on residential designs or experience with a residential developer
