My client a leading insurance provider are looking for a Digital Analyst to be responsible for using google analytics tools to identify opportunities and provide insights to improve user journeys in order to improve the customer experience on their websites.

The company are going through a great period of growth expanding into new insurance markets and this is a great time to join the newly created team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Using Google analytics and Sessioncam to provide optimisation recommendations


• Designing dashboards and analytic solutions using best practices


• Making data led recommendations to the marketing team to support them in their digital media campaigns


• Reporting on MVT optimisation


• Managing tagging solutions and identifying improvement opportunities

Some of the skills they would like you to have:

• Experience using a web analytics platform such as GA or Adobe


• Experience having built dashboards and data visualisations through Excel, Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI


• MVT optimization tool experience such as VWO and Google Optimise


• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
