We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Workday Solution Provider, growing massively organically all over North America and LATAM.

To support them in their growth we are seeking for a talented Workday Integration Engineer.

What you will do:

As a Workday Engineer on the Enterprise Integrations team, you will play a critical role in the success of our client's application network and data democratization vision.

This role will require you to use your deep expertise with the Workday platform and its Web Services to deliver scalable solutions for the business.

You will need to use your deep experience in delivering features using Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of solid experience building integrations with HCM systems in a professional, fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience building Workday integrations (EIB, CCB, Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, and Workday Studio)
- Experience in gathering requirements from users and proposing alternative designs
- Demonstrated experience in Workday Report Writing (standard, dashboard, and composite)
- Solid understanding of Workday Business Process Fundamentals (customization and optimization)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Security Fundamentals
- Fluent in XSLT and exposure to modern programming languages(Java or Python)
- Experience with SOAP Web Services & REST APIs (SOAP & HTTP standards, WS-Security)
- Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system inter-dependencies
- Demonstrated collaboration skills working with multiple teams across disciplines
- Highly motivated and self-starter who is quick and open to adapting to new technologies
