A highly rewarding role within a secure residential children's home within the Southampton area for young people who have complex needs, mental health and highly challenging behaviours.

The organisation provides placements for girls and boys between the ages of 10 to 17.

The overall aim and key objective to working within a residential children's home is to create a uplifting, positive and safe environment for the young people.

We provide support guidance and advice to help the children grow and develop a range of ways to deal with there trauma.

There is various different work shops and activities for the children to do throughout the day such as outside hockey, football and indoor workshops.

Experience within support work for challenging behaviour is needed.
