Recruitment Panda are pleased to be helping this fabulous nursing home find a dynamic, cheerful, compassionate Deputy Manager, to support and deputise for the Home Manager - who is also a NURSE.


There is superb Clinical Lead in post, doing a really good job leading the nurses and carers to be the best clinicans and caregivers they can be.
The Deputy role is a weekday office type hours sort of role, although you may choose to work clinically occasionally.

The home is busy with a friendly and supportive team, there is plenty of work to be completed by the Management Team on a weekly basis.
The home is absolutely stunning - a converted manor house, environmentally it works, with a really clever conversion.



Full Job Description

An experienced nurse leader required to join a small Nursing home group to support the Home Manager.

Must have extensive nursing experience in a nursing home setting with a positive record of compliance and leading a team of nurses and care staff.


The home provides residential, dementia and nursing care.


We are seeking a passionate Deputy Manager who:




* is nurse trained RGN or RMN




* is an experienced nurse with a strong background in elderly care.




* is able to lead and inspire a team of nursing, care and support staff.




* is able to foster positive relationships quickly with visiting professionals and families.




* has a proven track record in compliance with GOOD or OUTSTANDING outcomes with CQC


Weekdays only with alternate weekends on - call - preferably 9 - 5 or something similar.
