Sales Support Administrator

Up to £30,000 + Benefits

Due to substantial new and sustained financial success a highly organised, multi-tasker with some understanding of the sales lifecycle is required to provide a broad ranging, client focused sales support and coordination service to a fast growing, highly regarded company offering full end-to-end custom label production and printing solutions.



Based within easy reach of the A3 just outside Guildford, our client is a leading UK label printing company, specialising in creating labels for a wide range of products and industries.



The successful Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing the support required to enable the sales team to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible, constantly assessing how to find better ways to support the team.

In addition, and once up to speed, the post holder will provide quotations by phone and email working closely with customers to provide appropriate labelling and print solutions.



The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, detail oriented, reliable and passionate about providing a timely, proactive and effective sales coordination service to a fast-paced, growing and friendly organisation.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure quotations are issued in a timely manner

  • Own the follow up of all sales prospects, quotes, completed orders, phone calls and sales visits, etc

  • Liaising with clients to advise of any changes to their spec or design that would be helpful to them to achieve optimum results

  • Act as the first point of contact for phone, website and email enquiries

  • Accurately maintain all aspects of the CRM system

  • Ownership of and responsibility for sample requests; both from our suppliers and to our customers

  • Maintain Sales Pipeline report

  • Assist with phone answering rota

  • Support the BDM with key presentations, including pre-meeting preparation

  • Appointment setting and Outlook calendar maintenance on behalf of BDM

  • Uphold and model the core values of the company




Skills & Experience:



  • 1 year sales support experience, ideally within a high growth business

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to listen and communicate at all levels

  • Previous CRM or ERP experience would be ideal

  • Excellent customer service skills - able to build rapport and effectively manage relationships

  • Able to create processes that positively impact the sales function

  • Ability to plan, time manage effectively and meet deadlines - great multitasker

  • An understanding of the sales environment pressures enabling prioritisation of tasks

  • Team player - highly motivated with great attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
