Quality Assurance Auditor

Medway Council is looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team.

This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience in practice development and completing audits.

The Key to success in this roles is to provide a proactive approach to quality assurance in order to ensure that the quality of work across the organisation is improved.

Your responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Auditor:

  • Undertaking audits, preparing quantitative and qualitative research and reporting on findings

  • Improving practice through the delivery of the QA Framework Legislation and Process knowledge

  • Embedding quality assurance processes, including audit activity, across Children's Social Care

  • Collate, maintain and report on data from identified areas of practice

Requirements of you as a QA Auditor:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • A valid Social Work England registration

  • Have competent knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance, Auditing

  • A valid UK driving licence and car is essential to this role

Location: Chatham, Kent

Umbrella pay rate: £47.00 per hour
