User Researcher

Are you a Security Cleared User Researcher with user-centred design experience? Keen to work for a public sector department who lead the UK's work on Global Britain and on ending extreme poverty.

My public sector client are looking for a contractor to join their Consular Digital Services department.

The contract will initially be until 30/09/22 (although likely to be extended) and are offering hybrid working out of London 2-3 times a week.

Team / Department Responsibilities:

Consular Digital Services manages the online element of the wider Consular offering.

They have

several services on Gov.uk that are focused on helping British people abroad when they need

services.

Consular Services Department's purpose is to provide British people with excellent 24/7

consular services.

The Department launched in early September 2020, as a result of the COVID

lessons learned.

Essential for this role:

• Live SC level clearance (if not utilised in the last year it would have lapsed).


• User centred design experience.


• GDS / Government / Public sector experience.
