Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience - Looking up to £34,000 basic plus bonus OTE £40,000 plus company benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday - no weekend work

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor / Assistant Bodyshop Manager for our client's reputable site in the Leeds area.

Estimator role:

- Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.
- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex)
- Looking at the most cost-effective repair method
- Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner
- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues
- Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork

- Assisting in managing the team of productive staff within the bodyshop

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years' experience as a bodyshop Estimator
- Ideally you will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation though this isn't essential as we will consider candidates with time served experience
- Professional and confident character who is able to deliver a strong customer service
