As an Insurance Support Analyst you analyse, identify and resolve support queries via direct communication with insurance companies and brokers as well as provide support for POS / EDI functionality on various applications.



The successful applicant will combine previous experience of working within Insurance as well as within an IT Support related role.

Good communication and general IT skills are obviously a must but the key area of expertise is within the insurance / broking environment, in either an IT related or administrative position.
