The Role of Assistant General Manager:

• We are looking to speak to candidates who come from outstanding establishments and who thrive in providing uncompromised levels of customer service.
• You will have the ability to command the floor and lead and inspire a team.
• Stand on your own two feet in terms of the financials and commerciality of the restaurant, we are looking for self-starters who are solutions focused.
• There is a certain energy to these restaurants – you need to ooze hospitality; you will get your team excited about hospitality and this will translate to your guest.
• Its high energy working with a fab product – guest obsession but in a non-stuffy style – you must be happy to roll your sleeves up and enjoy a service.

• Polished and well versed in commerciality and leadership.
• We’re looking for personality and someone who wants to put the work in
• High Energy
• Financially astute with the ability to fully operate the business.
• Exudes passion for service, product and beverage.
• It is a prerequisite that you come from a premium restaurant establishment.
• You will have excellent product knowledge – preferably in Asian cuisine
• A natural leader who excels in best in class
• Comfortable working at high volume but with a well-rounded pedigree of establishments
• We are looking for stability and growth on your CV
• Detailed in your approach and an excellent multitasker
• Ambitious
