Service Delivery Manager

Our client an international multi-brand staffing organisation are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to provide service delivery and project management support for all of the business' SOW managed services products and services.

An integral role for our client you will be overseeing and delivering projects within the tech and digital arena.


See below a snapshot of what you will be up to:



  • Oversee the delivery of MS projects on time, on budget and to agreed standards.

  • Maintain visibility of MS projects with performance insights and recommendations to leadership level and other forums.

  • Work with MS leaders to establish fit for purpose IT systems, processes and people requirements to support the business meet immediate and future state requirements

  • Define, develop, deploy and ensure adherence to the agreed MS project methodology, identifying and share best practices amongst the MS PM community.

  • Ensure MS customer projects are properly planned, delivered and communicated through the methodology from initiation through to closure.

  • Provide Project management advisory and hands on capability to customer accounts when required to support delivery.

  • Early stage customer engagement to support accurate understanding of the customers' requirements: key objectives, time-scales, approach, potential risks.

  • Sell the Managed Services Value proposition to new and existing clients.

  • Coach and mentor junior sales representatives in selling and preparing managed services proposals.



Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience and understanding of working in a project based environment and running projects using specific methodologies.

You will be customer centric in approach and will have worked in a client facing role building credible working relationships, you will also enjoy working and have worked in a tech environment and have a basic understanding of technology concepts and software implementations.
