EL/PL Fraud Solicitor

Sacco Mann are working alongside a leading defendant law firm who are seeking an EL/PL Solicitor to join their expanding Casualty Fraud team based in Bolton.

The EL/PL Solicitor will manage a caseload of EL/PL Fraud litigated cases from inception to completion.

To include but not limited to:

• Considering the prospects of proving fraud


• Dealing with Disclosure


• Instructing Counsel/investigators/medical and other experts/surveillance

The successful EL/PL Fraud Solicitor will have previous experience of handling a litigated caseload of EL/PL and/or Fraud files.
