Site Manager - Ashford, Kent - Contract - 1 Week - Up to £240 Per Day PAYE UMBRELLA - INSIDE IR35

Site Manager.

Our client, a National Main Contractor specialising in New Build Care & Hospice Residential projects throughout the UK, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to deliver a forthcoming project they have on a new project in Ashford, providing cover on a number of forthcoming dates during which the existing Site Manager is taking leave..

In order to be suitable for this role, you must have previous experience of working as a No.1 Site Manager, and have previous experience of working on similar type projects within New Build Construction.

Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for management of the site during this period and will be the Lead Manager on site, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, therefore completely involved with day-to-day delivery of the project as required, with duties including delivering inductions, checking and signing off RAMS, monitoring progress against the site programme, amending as required and undertaking site standard reviews.

You must hold a valid CSCS Card, along with a valid First Aid at Work Certificate and SMSTS Certificate as minimum.
