About the position

• Ensure the smooth running of the breakfast service
• Maintain the highest level of service and act as an ambassador for the brand
• You will manage and train staff to the highest level of service
• Communicate with all departments to make sure the hotel is running perfectly

The successful candidate

• Experience working in a luxury hotel beneficial but not essential
• Strong F&B knowledge
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Fluent in English
• Michelin Star restaurant background would be beneficial but not essential
