Job Title: Depot Manager / Service Manager / Aftersales Manager

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £50'000 to £60'000 per annum + Company Car + Benefits Package + Bonus

I am currently working with a leading commercial vehicle workshop who are seeking an experienced Depot Manager / Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their team in Farnborough.

Depot Manager / Service Manager / Aftersales Manager role:

• Managing a team of technicians and administration staff.


• Plan, control and monitor the overall performance of the Depot, to meet company objectives and targets.


• Be the central service contact in line with business needs.


• Work with the Group Manager to ensure development of staff is paramount to deliver excellent customer service levels.


• Ensure technicians receive the technical training required in order for them to deliver the best service possible.


• Ensuring warranty submissions are processed in a timely and accurate manner, auditing workshop job cards and amending if necessary


• Supervising all engineers in the preparation, installation and repair and maintenance of machinery to a satisfactory level.

Requirements for Depot Manager / Service Manager / Aftersales Manager:

• Previous experience working in a management position within a commercial vehicle workshop is essential.


• Experience managing large teams.


• Technical experience would be preferred.
