Territory Sales Manager : Endoscopy

The Role:

The main element of the role is to sell a range of single-use products for everyday GI endoscopy procedures.
There are other products within the portfolio that are used for Endo Therapy & metal stents for oesophageal and colonic placement.
Selling to Sisters, Service Managers, Clinical Lead, Registrars & Procurement.
Spending a lot of time with the surgeons ensuring they know how to use the products safely & properly - Procedural Selling within endoscopy theatre.
Looking for 2 planned meetings & 3-4 lists per week.
Very realistic targets.
£35k-£45k basic salary +£10k OTE year 1 (Commission is uncapped and paid monthly, will be based on 70% target + 30% KPI's), Company Car or Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension & 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
Covering the London area.

Has someone on the patch but looking to split it either North/South or East/West depending on where the candidate lives



The Ideal Person:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the endoscopy market, will also consider candidates from a urology/single use theatre.
Key things that the business looks for is someone that is memorable, good energy, credible, good at delivering information.
Someone that is not afraid to ask for the order.
Closer of business.
You must be highly organised and able to prioritise and strategically develop business opportunities.
Growth mind-set.
The ability to self-motivate and have that hunger in the belly.
