Machine Operative – Days

Permanent Position

We have an amazing opportunity for Machine Operatives on days for a major blue-chip food production site.

6-week Advanced training provided; this training will develop you into a competent machine op who can operate several machines

Pay Rate: £11.79

Shift: Various Flexible night shifts available (Must be willing to work at least 1 day at the weekend)

The Candidate

• MUST be willing to work in a cold environment
• Strong Communication skills
• Physical and demanding role
• Process Driven
• Organised
• Health and Safety Cautious  

The Role 

• Setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Using machine equipment to complete tasks.
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment.
• Setting up and operating Proseal and Flow Wrapping machinery
• Managing Critical Control Points (CCP’s)
• Following SOP’s
• Shutting down machinery
• Trouble Shooting
• Paperwork
