This is a fabulous opportunity for a French speaker to step into a specialist role within HR.

The company is a an award winning hotel group and they are going through a huge process of change …transforming their tradition Learning and Development into an online training offering.

In this role you build on your passion for HR to focus on offering the opportunity of ongoing training for employees who are looking for careers within hospitality ( rather than just jobs).

You need to be digital savvy and have used tiktok, and Instagram in order to transform the previously classroom based learning, into a e-learning.

You will also get to travel to the various hotels in order to personally understand what the employees goals are and then to deliver the training face-to -face .

This is a really exciting- and a rather unusual - HR role in the booming area of e-learning .

You will make deep personal connections with staff and champion their personal developmental goals

The Role:

• Travel to the various hotels to meet staff and understand their Learning and development needs


• Get teams around the table, find out what they need and identify the best-in-class learning tools for them


• Deliver the classroom learning and help with new staff onboarding


• Get creative! Improve current training programmes and look at ways of enhancing it for new joiners globally


• Use Instagram, Tiktok and other tools to encourage teams to do internally available course


• Research new e-learning materials that are fun and engaging


• Help build the e-learning catalogue.


• Organise, coordinate and attend off-site training courses.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent French


• Digital savvy ( Insta/TikTok etc)

• Previous HR experience or an HR degree
