Internal Recruiter - Social Care

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with experience in social care? Are you looking for an Internal Recruiter post? Are you looking to work for one of the UK's leading care providers?


My client is a specialist provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism with services in Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Harrow.


Due to growth, we are looking to add an experienced Recruiter, preferably with social care and onboarding experience, to join their Head Office Team in Beaconsfield as an Internal Recruiter.


The Internal Recruiter is a permanent full time position based in Head Office in Beaconsfield, on a 40 hour contract working Monday to Friday and is paid £26,520 per annum.


The Internal Recruiter's main responsibilities are to :



  • You will work closely with Directors, HR and Operations Team to identify the best talent in the social care market

  • Post job advertisements to relevant job boards

  • Qualify candidates and manage interview process

  • Be responsible for getting the candidate's pre-employment checks complete including DBS, references and HR paperwork

  • Work with the Operations Team to understand requirements and prioritise accordingly

  • Build a social network brand promoting the organisation, active vacancies and build a candidate pool


The successful candidate must have



  • Previous Recruitment experience is essential

  • Proven experience in resourcing candidates, marketing job roles, managing recruitment process, managing the onboarding process

  • Prior experience of social care is desirable

  • Resilience and strong work ethic
