Position: Installation/Site Manager (Windows & Doors)

Location: Galway and Surrounding Arreas

Salary: Neg DOE

The Job:

The Installation Manager will oversee and control all installations on site and will be responsible for managing the teams and their workload on all new installations and repair work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all installations to ensure are completed when they are required


• Plan & schedule resources required for each job, i.e.
  
  labour, access, equipment


• Manage & monitor installations, dealing with any issues or queries that may arise


• Ensure quality standards are achieved


• Act as the company representative on all site installations


• Ensure re-work and repairs are completed in a timely manner


• Implement solutions to minimise requirement for re-work


• Track jobs which require re-work as percentage of total jobs


• Complete the occasional survey, when required


• Ensure all operatives adhere to company health and safety policies procedures and instructions.
