Salary: £45,000

What they are looking for:

The company needs a talented and experienced Assistant General Manager that are accustomed to a fast paced, high turnover environment to support the growing and development of the site, in all aspects of managing the busy venue.

Perks and Benefits

• Minimum 2-years’ experience in similar Management roles
• Passionate & knowledgeable about F&B
• Confident team leader with the ability to be hands-on and delegate
• Manage the business aspects of the bar, dealing with suppliers, ordering and stock control
• Staff Management
• Ability to promote inhouse products & services
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls
• Budgets, forecasting & cash handling
