Trade Mark Paralegal

We are delighted to have been instructed on a truly exciting role with an impressive multidisciplined London law firm who require the talents of a Trade Mark Paralegal to join their expert IP & Commercial Group.

If you are CITMA qualified with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a trade marks practice and looking for something a little different then this role will certainly appeal.

Working closely with the Head of Trade Marks and the Trade Mark Attorney, an alluring prospect is that this is a first Trade Mark Paralegal role within this practice, therefore, you can bring your technical talent, great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm and make it entirely your own.

Client facing, you'll assist in all aspects of trade mark and design formalities and work across some stellar client portfolios covering tasks such as cost estimates on searches and filings.

You'll also file applications and monitor the status of application and deadlines, be responsive to objections, extensions, prepare opposition and recordals and issue renewal reminders.

Experience on software systems Anaqua and Pattsy Wave would be advantageous but by no means essential.
