Role:                     Assistant General Manager

Location:             Richmond, London

Salary:                 £38,000

I’m currently searching for a switched-on and welcoming Assistant General Manager for an already successful and busy Restaurant & Bar venue.

This is an exciting time to join this thriving company, who have already opened 2 new sites in the past 6 months.

That’s right, they have multiple sites in their portfolio, so there’s plenty of opportunity for career progression.

What are we looking for?

• A strong leader to motivate and manage the team – with a focus on attention to detail, training and development within the business
• 1 year+ experience as an Assistant General Manager within a busy, wet lead venue
• To be self-motivated, maximise sales and assist General Manager
• Exceed customer expectations and love the business
• Someone who will establish themselves and grow within the company
