This is a very exciting opportunity for a career focused and experienced Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager with field sales experience to join a well-established Commercial Motor Factors who sell specialist parts and accessories mainly to B2B / B2C customers.


Automotive Aftermarket, Motor Factor or Technical Sales experience is desirable though not essential.

More important is a solid / proven Field Sales, Business Development or Account Management background where you have successfully sold specialist product and services mainly on a B2B level.

Salary - Up to £35K basic DOE, Commission, Pension, Company Car, Laptop, Mobile Phone


The Role:



  • Be an experienced sales professional, field sales executive, business development manager with a proven track record ideally from a Motor factor, Automotive Sector or other Technical Sales backgrounds

  • A background in business-to-business sales / B2B

  • A strong communicator with the ability to effectively build and maintain business relationships

  • Pro-active in identifying and generating new business opportunities

  • Self-motivated, well organised, driven, ambitious and seriously career minded

  • Must be a customer facing professional
