Location: Newport


Earn over £460 a week!


We are recruiting for a compassionate and kind support worker to join us in the Newport area, and deliver the very best quality care and support to those who need the extra help to gain their independence and confidence.


Here at Completely Care we are looking to recruit an individual who is willing to learn and grow.

We have an opening for a caring, passionate and dedicated support worker to come and help us deliver the best possible care in the Newport area.

Our clients are in need of someone to come and assist them in providing the very best care, support and guidance to their service users, could this be you?


For this role previous experience in this type of setting would be ideal, as you may come across challenging behaviour and complex needs that background would be helpful for.

You would be supporting adults in a residential setting, in which each service user has their own support plans.

You would be assisting in making sure these plans are followed.


For this role you would need previous experience as a support worker.

This role can be challenging, but highly rewarding.

It is well-suited to someone looking to advance and take the next step in their career.


The skills/knowledge we are looking for:



  • Passionate about people and their development.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

  • Previous experience in a care/support role.

  • Preferably someone with experience of challenging behaviour.

  • Clear, up to date DBS (we can provide this for you)
