Part-Time Assistant Property Manager BTR - 6 Month FTC - Marylebone


My client, a globally established top tier real estate firm, are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to work on a three-day part-time basis, to provide onsite lettings and property management support to a 57 unit build to rent residential development.


You will be the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in all whilst engaging with residents to create a sense of community within the development.


The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to deliver excellent customer service and client care, work well under pressure and trust your own judgement and initiative.


Key Responsibilities



  • Dealing with initial enquiries and booking in viewings

  • Agreeing leasing offers and processing the administration

  • Uploading availability details to marketing portals and updating adverts as necessary

  • Completing all applicant vetting

  • Forging productive relationships with key service partners such as the estate developers, contractors and wider estate managers

  • Organising and running tenant services via third parties and in house

  • Ensuring up to date resident communication via various channels including social media

  • Acting as first point of call for residents to report maintenance issues

  • Co-ordinating all contractor appointments and defect warranty repairs, logging issues in order that

  • Responsible for Health and Safety compliance

  • Carrying out inspections on communal areas and apartments

  • Liaising with the Estate and Facilities managers where required

  • Organising minor works between tenancies to maintain first class presentation of apartments

  • Meet and greet with all new tenants, providing Welcome Packs and new tenancy information

  • Completing check in and check out reports, determining deposit returns

  • Undertaking tenancy renewals

  • Providing regular asset performance reports and attending monthly meetings with line manager


Skills, Knowledge and Experience



  • Previous Property Management or Lettings Administration experience

  • Professional manner with excellent communication skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure

  • Must understand the principles and practice of client care

  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office with a high level of competence on Excel


Package



  • Part-time 3 days per week - 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch break

  • £16,800 for 3 days equivalent to £28,000 pro rata
