Job Title: Sales Relations Director
Salary: €85,000 - €90,000 per year + commission
Location: Netherlands (remote)

For this Sales Relations Director, we are looking for someone who is not afraid of failure, a great sales leader, fantastic at maintaining long-lasting relationships, with loads of resilience, and hungry to grow and bring new business in.

About the role

• Responsible for identifying new business, delivering proposals, presentations and creating business relationships
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction and take opportunities to cross and upsell services
• Identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners through a range of Business Development activities including networking, local fairs, and cold-calling
• Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients (pharma, fashion, finance etc)
• Account management of inactive and active clients
• Spending time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals

Skills and Experience

• Senior B2B sales leadership experience in a fast-growing, dynamic multinational business
• Business development background in complex solution/service-led sales
• Previous experience in commercial consultancy
• Self-sufficient, deal-focused, and can-do mindset, willing to take risks to succeed
• Proven ability to work remotely close large deals
• Demonstrable track record of sourcing & delivering, multiple deals of a meaningful scale (€50k+ investment)
• Fluent in English
