The Role: Sales Manager
Location: Munich/Hybrid
Salary: circa €3,500 - €3,800 + great commissions

Our client offers innovative retail solutions to the hospitality industry to maximize their revenue and adapt to the new customer trends.

With a presence that is expanding across mainland Europe, they are set for great things.

They are looking for a Sales Manager to focus on the north of Germany and help expand the business further.  

The dream job

• As the Sales Manager you will meet with potential clients, give sales pitches and identify the needs of the customer to better tailor the offers
• You will travel between sites in Munich to make new contacts and follow leads
• You will be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, who will support you
• You will use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to nurture great relationships with the community and utilize your sales experience and passion to meet sales targets.
• You will be delivering proposals and closing deals!

You are

• A fiercely independent worker who does not shy away from a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• You should be a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sales drive
• Fluent in English and German is a must
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, pre-sale processes, and market research, ideally in the hospitality industry or suppliers for it
• You must be a great communicator, able to convey messages in a clear and concise manner.
• You should be organized and analytical at all times.
