Salary: Up to £42,000

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team based in Somerset on a full-time basis.

The successful individual work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and Chief Medical Officer to deliver an exceptional OH service.

This role will involve a range of activities including health surveillance and fitness assessments as well as delivering health and wellbeing promotion and undertaking case management.

The successful candidate will be required to take a proactive approach to improving Occupational Health initiatives as well as supporting junior members of the team with regular clinical supervision and refresher training.

You will have Registration with NMC Part 3and a post graduate Occupational Health qualification.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver the full OH remit and should be proficient in the provision of: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Drug and Alcohol screening, Case Management, Fitness for role assessment, Health Surveillance, Skin Assessments, Pre-placement questionnaires and Health promotion.
