Project Worker in Penarth

Pay ranging from £11.50 to £15.00

We have a new opportunity for someone to come on-board and join our project worker team in Penarth.

We need someone who can help create a brighter future for our young women, mothers and babies who have found themselves needing accommodation.

The client currently requires 24 hour support, and so both day and night shifts are available.

We need someone who can help create a brighter future for our young women, mothers and babies who have found themselves needing accommodation.

These vulnerable groups need support in living more independently, and helping them join the community.

You'll also be helping to equipt these residents with the skills and confidence needed to improve their well-being.

You'll be helping these residents move on from the homeless system, and so this role is a very rewarding and fulfilling.

We want to ensure the residents are kind to themselves and each other, and you'll be assisting in this.

What we are looking for:

• A kind-hearted, warm and positive individual.


• Someone with an empathetic nature.


• Training is needed for this role, however we do provide FREE refresher training.
  
  


• Previous experience in a care role, preferably support work.
