Our client is a highly regarded and well-established Law firm based in the heart of County Durham.

With multiple offices they have expanded over the years and as a result are now looking to recruit a Private Client Fee Earner.

Reporting directly to the head of department your role will include but not be exclusive to:

- Managing your own caseload of Wills and Probate matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a range of issues including, Wills, Tax Planning and Estate Administration
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Consulting with  Attorneys and Court of Protection Deputies
- Creating Administration of Trusts
- Participating in business development activities including networking events.

This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive who has previous knowledge and experience in managing a caseload of often complex Private Client matters.

 

As the newly appointed Private Client Fee Earner you will :

- Be a hardworking and passionate individual  who can hit the ground running
- Have a minimum of 2 years PQE or be qualified by experience
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for all things Wills, Probates and Administration of Estates

This firm offers a collaborative working environment and forward-thinking approach to this area of Law.

Working within a close-knit Private Client team, you will be presented with the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Department whilst retaining full autonomy in your role.
