Internship Position

Tasks:

1.

Providing high quality and efficient service to all VIP guests.

Helping guests ensure from check-in to check-out that they receive the best treatment.

Coordinate with other relevant agencies also to have good needs for tourists.

2.

Provide consumers with the greatest possible degree of quality service.

From booking to arrival and check-out all VIP guests follow up.

To make guests feel strongly about exclusive VIP, the overall satisfaction of guests at the hotel is increased.

3.

Participate regularly in various training programs coordinated by the hotel and department to continually improve knowledge and skills about service.

4.

Develop and provide customized services to all special anniversary guests, such as wedding anniversary, birthday, proposal etc.

Giving the appropriate gift , the hotel and guests to create a significant connection to the anniversary.

5.

Take the initiative to call and ask about the guests ' experience during the stay at the hotel.

Finding out the issue in time, solving the problem, effectively turning the complaint guest into the loyal guest.

6.

Complete other tasks assigned by the superior and cooperated with various departments.

Requirements:

1.

Bachelor degree or above, hotel internship or work experience, 5 star hotel or boutique hotel work experience is preferred.

2.

European and American students are preferred.

3.

Outgoing, good at communication, strong communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness and learning ability, proficient in English and Chinese.

4.

Proficient in Office software, fluent in English .

5.

During the internship, must obey the management and work arrangement of the hotel.

6.

Spanish , Portuguese ,French, Dutch ,Polish ,Russian ,Swedish ,Korean, Japanese , Indonesian , Arabic , Finnish ,Thai or Italian is a plus

Benefits:
