Registered Pharmacist

Joining this well established British company to cover maternity leave you will support there free home delivery service for stoma, continence and skin care products.


Your role will involve dispensing prescription medicines following prescriptions issued by an authorised medical practitioner and liaising with patients and GP surgeries.

Responsible for planning and reviewing own workload requiring a high level of self-motivation and use of initiative.

You will review and maintain SOPs and ensure all staff are trained and observant of all legal and professional requirements.

You will ensure compliance with the professional standards in Pharmacy and maintain all professional registrations within the team.

Use your leadership skills to manage and support the team.

You will support and cover for the pharmacist as required.

You will report to the Head of Patient Services while performing any other task reasonably requested by the Head of Patient Services.

You will adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to the above.


Must be UK registered Pharmacist with valid GPhC Number, with a minimum three years post registration experience.

Accredited to provide Essential, Advanced and Enhanced services.

Must be able to satisfy the necessary fitness to practice requirements

You will be an excellent communicator who is confident at networking with patients and local healthcare professionals.

Proven experience in a Community (Retail) Pharmacist role


Confident and experienced with using Pharmacy systems
Experience of mail order/on-line Pharmacy
